Overview

Jeanne is a local Madison artist who is very involved in the art community. She needed a website to sell her work and provide information regarding upcoming events, artists, and places to enjoy art. I worked alongside Jeanne to create a website that worked for her.

Problem

- There is no current website or portfolio for Jeanne

- People cannot find or purchase her work or details about upcoming events

Solution

-Create a functioning website to showcase and purchase artwork

- Create a destination to view event details and other related information

Approach

My client and I held a meeting to outline the features she wanted for her website. With her clear vision from the start, it was very helpful on my part . Following our meeting, I started UX research.

Meet the Users

I created three user personas based off of who would use my client’s website.

Site Map

A site map was created to organize website information and ensure users could easily navigate the site.

Wireframes

My client and I determined that Squarespace would be the best website host so I began creating page layouts.
