Overview

MyMadison College is a SaaS platform for Madison College students, offering features like class details, financial info, and academic progress tracking. A redesign was needed to improve the student experience, as the platform previously had inconsistent and confusing content.

Problem

Navigation features needed consolidation for easier use, and the outdated interface required a complete update. The lack of a unified style across components and content made the platform overwhelming and inefficient for students.

Solution

To address inconsistent information and styles, lean personas were formulated to gain a better understanding of the user flow. Wireframes were designed to get information organized before designing. Finally, a style tile was created to define assets and create consistent components.
