MyMadison College
SaaS (Software as a Service) platform redesign
Skills: Figma, Rayna UI, UI Research, UI Design
Overview
MyMadison College serves as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform tailored for Madison College students. Within this application, students gain access to features including class information, financial information, academic progress tracking, and so much more. A redesign of MyMadison College was needed to enhance the student experience. The platform previously suffered from inconsistent content that was confusing for students to navigate.

Problem
Several navigation features required consolidation for easier site navigation. The platform's outdated interface required a thorough update. There was a lack of unified style across components and content which made the platform overwhelming for students to navigate efficiently.
Solution
To address inconsistent information and styles, lean personas were formulated to gain a better understanding of the user flow. Wireframes were designed to get information organized before designing. Finally, a style tile was created to define assets and create consistent components.
Lean Personas
Lean personas focus on the essential characteristics and information of a target audience without including excessive detail. These are two lean personas that represent two students who use MyMadison College.
